Nikkah Matrimony

Welcome to Nikkah. By accessing or using our mobile application and web services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Nikkah. The app is dedicated exclusively to lawful matrimony (Nikkah). Any use of the platform for dating, casual encounters, commercial activity, or soliciting financial assistance is strictly prohibited.

2. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

You agree to treat all members with respect and dignity. You must NOT:

• Harass, intimidate, stalk, defame, or solicit money or favors from any member.
• Post or transmit sexually explicit, offensive, abusive, or discriminatory content.
• Misrepresent your identity, marital status, age, or use photographs of other persons.
• Attempt to bypass security features, reverse-engineer, or scrape user profiles.

3. UGC Moderation, Reporting & Blocking

We maintain an active moderation team and strict user reporting tools. Every user has the right and ability to immediately report and block any account engaging in misconduct. Reports are reviewed by human moderators within 24 hours. Accounts found violating community guidelines will face immediate suspension or permanent bans.

4. Termination of Accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account without notice if we detect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or violations of user safety.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

While we conduct selfie reviews and photo moderation, Nikkah does not perform comprehensive legal background checks. Users are strongly advised to exercise caution and involve families/guardians in their matrimonial decisions.
