Nikkah is committed to the highest standards of user safety, child protection, and the eradication of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSAE).
1. Strict 18+ Age Gate & Verification
Nikkah is exclusively restricted to individuals aged 18 and older. We enforce strict age controls:
- Users must declare a valid date of birth confirming they are 18+ during registration.
- All accounts undergo private selfie verification against profile data prior to approval.
- Any accounts suspected of being underage or representing minors are immediately banned and expunged.
2. Zero Tolerance for Child Exploitation
We maintain an absolute zero-tolerance policy regarding any content or behavior related to:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
- Child grooming, solicitation, or sexualization of minors.
- Facilitating contact with or exploiting minors in any capacity.
3. Detection, Moderation & Law Enforcement Reporting
Our safety infrastructure combines automated moderation filters, strict in-app reporting, and manual review. When any violation involving child exploitation or endangerment is discovered:
- The offending account is permanently terminated instantly and device fingerprints blacklisted.
- All relevant evidence is preserved in accordance with legal requirements.
- A formal report is submitted without delay to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and competent law enforcement authorities.
